Renting From Us

Here are some things to keep in mind when you rent tents from us.

Before the set date

  • Confirm your reservation.
  • Obtain applicable permits.
  • Mark all private underground lines (i.e. sprinkler lines and heads).
  • Turn in a site map.
  • Make sure we have a site contact and phone number.
  • Make sure the tent site is clear.
  • Make sure we have access to the tent site. Keep pets inside.
  • Mark the four corners of the tent with flags or spray paint/chalk.
  • Turn off sprinklers.

During your event

  • Have fun!
  • Hang decorations and banners with zip ties or rope.
  • Avoid using tape, stickers, or wire on the tent.
  • Leave sprinklers off.
  • Make sure to have adequate security for your tent.
  • Remove accumulated snow promptly/Push out water pockets.
  • Remember that cooking is not allowed inside or next to the tent.
  • Have fun!

Before we take down

  • Leave sprinklers off.
  • Make sure we have access to the tent site. Keep pets inside.
  • Clear out trash, decorations, tables, chairs, etc...
