a tent in general. Below you'll find some answers to some frequently asked

How much notice do you need in order to rent a tent?
We have actually set tents with as little as a few hours notice, but as a rule we like to have a minimum of one week. However, we recommend that you give us as much time as you can so that we can make sure to have the tent you need, as well as make the necessary preparations for your event.
What size tent do I need?
The first thing to consider of course is the actual space where you want the tent. Assuming it won't limit the size of the tent, then you can begin to determine how much space you'll need inside the tent. Please go to the "Your Event" page for more help.
Do you charge extra for sidewalls?
Matching solid walls are free of charge. We find this is helpful to our customers who are unable to predict weather conditions in Colorado. However, specialty walls such as cathedral window or screen walls are extra.
Do you charge for set-up?
The tent rental includes setup and teardown for a period of up to one week.
Do you charge for delivery?
We do add charges for delivery based on mileage to the tent site and the number of trucks required to deliver your tent(s). However, there are some exceptions where delivery is free.
Do you rent tables and chairs?
In order to be the best at what we do, we only offer tents and tent accessories. Although we do not offer tables, chairs, linens, and other party supplies directly, we have developed partnerships with companies who specialize in these items and are very good at what they do. In addition, they are dedicated to providing the same level of service as we do.
Do you rent lights for your tents?
Yes, and we have several lighting options for you to choose from. When we install the lights, we run a cord down to the side of the tent for you to plug into your power source.
What about a floor to cover a dirt site or uneven ground?
We can install a floor in your tent, and carpet it if you'd like. We also have decking that can not only provide a level surface for your tent, but also serve as an elevated stage for concert type of events.
Can my tent be heated or kept cool?
We rent heaters that will definitely keep your tent warm even on a cold winter day. For those hot summer days, we rent ceiling fans that create very nice air movement within your tent. Our tents can also be air conditioned!
Will your anchors hit underground lines?
As long as you mark all private underground lines (i.e. sprinkler lines) we will be able to avoid them. We also call Dig Safely to come out and mark underground utility lines so we can avoid those as well.
How waterproof are your tents?
That's the name of the game. Whether it is coverage from the sun or rain, all of our tents will protect you. However, our Super Tents and Unique Tents are the most "weatherproof".
What's the biggest tent that you offer?
If you are planning a really big event or party, we can cover it. We have tents that can provide 30,000+ square feet of coverage.
How long does it take to set up a tent?
Size, style, and quantity are just a few of the factors that dictate how long it would take to set up your event. However, average sets take anywhere from one to four hours. Even some of our biggest tents only take a good long day to set.
Where do you get your tents from?
We actually design and fabricate all of our tents. This allows us to keep up with the needs of our customers, whether it's a matter of quantity, size, style, or custom solution.
How long have you been in business?
We are still somewhat new to the Colorado market having done business here since 2002, but we can offer more than 40 years of combined experience in the tent industry.
